Dear Mr. (Brother?) David Bay,

I once again find myself writing to you under the auspices of the Lord God Almighty… and I must say it’s been a long time coming. (See “An Open Letter To David Bay Of Cutting Edge Ministries” for our first letter of warning.)

Milk is something I enjoy two times a day – the first and last thing. However, after having read your comments about “puss-filled milk” I’ve had a hard time keeping the thought out of my mind twice daily as I try to enjoy my milk. My only hope is that the following Words from God, that I write to you, will haunt you in a similar fashion but yet with a more positive and life-changing results:

“No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.” (John 1:18 KJV)

Now, the preceding Scripture is God’s Word from the King James Bible. And the following is supposedly that same verse from the Amplified Bible:

John 1:18 Amplified Bible (AMP)
18 No man has ever seen God at any time; the only [a]unique Son, or [b]the only begotten God, Who is in the bosom [in the intimate presence] of the Father, He has declared Him [He has revealed Him and brought Him out where He can be seen; He has interpreted Him and He has made Him known].

So, there you have one good example (out of the many) as to the reason I have always questioned your using the Amplified Bible in your Cutting Edge Ministries publications. I mean, after all, we know that Jesus was God the “Word” before he was “begotten” through Mary as the “Son of the Father” – Jesus the “Flesh”.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God… And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” (John 1:1, 14 KJV)

I mean we know that Mary supernaturally gave birth to a Human by the name of Jesus whose purpose was to carry out His mission as the “Last Adam” by not only doing what the first man “Adam” failed to do but also becoming the “Perfect Sacrifice” for the “sin of the world” that originated through that same first man “Adam”. Jesus in His fleshly role as “Man” had to live His Life on earth in complete “sinless” obedience to the Father in Heaven in order to prepare His Body to take on the “sin of the world” at His cross and thereby defeat it through His suffering.

And with all that in mind, the fact remains that sin can only reside in a human body of “flesh”. Sin cannot reside in the Body of God! So why is the Amplified Bible trying to make folks believe that Mary gave birth to the “only begotten God”?

Well, the answer to our question is very simple. I mean, after all, the Roman Catholic Church has been trying for the longest time to convince folks that Mary (the “Queen of Heaven”) is the “Mother of God”. And their most successful approach in accomplishing this task has been through their perverted “New Age Bibles” that have been translated from the perverted “Alexandrian Texts” which the Roman Catholic Church loves so dearly. In fact the Amplified Bible is just another one of them!

So, why in the world is your Cutting Edge Ministries supporting the work of the Roman Catholic Religious System? I mean even way back in the early 1960s, Bob Jones, Sr., (founder of the Bob Jones University), was “spiritually smart” enough to see through the deception of the modern bibles that was taking place then. In fact he put out a series of messages concerning the King James Bible that were based on his fundamentalist stand that “Whatever the Bible says is so.” And just to ascertain his desire that BJU continue in that same “KJV” spirit he prayed the following prayer during one of those audio messages (see “Bob Jones University: Leveled By An Earthquake?”):

“Lord God keep Bob Jones University true. May we never surrender. Let what come may come. Lord God if this school out here ever compromises, send an earthquake and shake these buildings into powder and dust. Don’t ever let it stand here and encumber the earth and curse it by robbing people of faith in the Word of God. Hear us in this prayer and keep us doing all the things we pray in the precious Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.”

Would you dare pray that prayer after having compromised God’s Word at Cutting Edge Ministries through your use of the Amplified Bible? And even if you don’t pray that prayer, God Almighty can do what He wants. So are you ready for the “earthquake” to shake Cutting Edge Ministries into a pile of dust?
