Dear Brother Walker,

Isaac WalkerIt was a year or so ago that we found your Web site through the help of Brother David Beatty. It was a God thing! Because at that particular time you had one or two of your sermons posted for the World Wide Web to experience, and experience it we did. In fact I don’t remember the title of your message, but it had a lot to do with your prodigal son and how he was mimicking your moonshine drinking past. I pray that he has gotten back on the right path, but the part of your message that continues to ring in my ears went something like this: “The ministry of the prophet hasn’t changed!!!

You’ll probably never really know how much that one-liner blesses me. I mean it’s hard walking in the prophetic! Most people think we are mean and nasty. What’s even worse is that most of them are Christians! However, there are a very few who understand what the calling is all about, and Leonard Ravenhill just happened to be one of them. In fact this is one of his famous sayings:

“...Prophets are God’s emergency men for crises hours: God’s emergency men for crises hours. I’ve said before, the trouble with the nation, this is a blanket statement and it’s not true of everybody, but most of our pulpits have puppets in them instead of prophets. And we need God in mercy to send us a generation of prophets in this critical hour in which we are living. Now the prophet isn’t somebody who foretells merely a certain thing is going to happen next year or 1983. The prophet is a man who’s message is adjusted and it bears down on the iniquity, on the situation, as God sees it. He’s bringing God’s mind to a people who are deaf and blind and don’t want to hear

Now, it was only the night before last that the Lord had us to listen to one of your messages preached at a Jimmy Swaggart Campmeeting service. It was November 25, 1999, and you made the formal introduction for Joe Lewis. He sang “The Old Rugged Cross” and you followed it up by preaching on the “Living Water” from John 4:10 which led on into “Paul’s sufferings” and his preaching on it:

“Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.” (2 Timothy 3:12 KJV)

Then it was somewhere along the way that you brought up the fact of how you had challenged the Devil to a dual. This was a classic! As the story goes, you said:

“…it might have been a foolish prayer, but I felt like I would be spiritual tonight. I said ‘God send the Devil my way!’ That’s real smart. I stood up in the middle of the floor and I said, ‘Devil take your best shot’, and he did, and it was a good shot. It was better than I thought he could shoot!”

Now I think you’ll have to admit that “inviting the Devil to take his best shot” is not the type of suffering that Paul was talking about in 2 Timothy. Paul was talking about suffering for Jesus by doing the Will of the Father, and that’s where your next statement comes into play:

“I don’t want an easy life anymore…I ain’t gonna get it anyway…I’m going to be what God called me to be!”

So do you really mean it, Brother Isaac? Are you willing to do whatever He desires of you?

Well, let me give you a testimony of my own. It was back in the early part of 1998, as I was seeking the Lord for the baptism in the Holy Spirit, that He gave me a word in tongues: “koon-taco”. I didn’t have the foggiest idea what it meant at the time, so I related to it in a worldly sorta way as a “taco” made with “raccoon” meat: “koon-taco”.

Years went by but the “koon-taco” word stayed on my mind. What was God trying to tell me? Well it was during the early part of 2004 that the Lord finally revealed to me the meaning of that very special word. Because you see what He showed me was the “koon-taco” word is actually made up of two separate Hebrew words – “koon” (H3559) and “tokhoo”(H8459) – which together mean “the upright shall be persecuted”.

What a revelation! The upright – those walking in obedience to the Will of the Father – will be persecuted! It’s all about suffering for Jesus!

Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.” (1 Peter 4:12-13 KJV)

Now I realize that what I’m about to tell you might be a little hard to accept, but from the time that the Lord gave me “koon-taco” until the time that He gave me the meaning thereof I suffered greatly for obeying His Word to me. You see it was because of my obedience to what He commanded for my life that I got fired from my Engineering Manager position on 3/25/99, which in turn caused my wife (and family) to divorce me on 6/19/01. And those are only two of the many things that I suffered along the way before becoming homeless on 5/20/02.

I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled? But I have a baptism to be baptized with; and how am I straitened till it be accomplished! Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division: For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three. The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.” (Luke 12:49-53 KJV)

You see I know what the fiery persecution feels like, and the most intense fire comes from the ones we love the most. Koon-taco! And that brings me to the purpose of this message:

Enclosed you will find a copy of both “Jimmy Swaggart REJECTS The Cross Of Christ” and “Jimmy Swaggart Expositor’s Study Bible: THE LIE From SATAN” in which the sin of Jimmy Swaggart is explained in detail. Jimmy Swaggart needs our help, and you have been called as a prophet to help him receive this Truth. So are you going to be what He’s called you to be, and do what He’s called you to do?

On an ending note, I’ve been corresponding with Jack Hall. He worships Jimmy Swaggart and likewise can’t understand why Jimmy won’t communicate with him anymore. And I guess a good question to ask is “Why won’t Jimmy treat Jack the way he used to when Jack was a contractor with lots of money?”

In the Lord Jesus Christ,

Bruce Hallman
