Subject: about a message on your website

Praise the Lord !

Please help me to locate the scripture that points to your message (highlighted) below:
"Mary was blessed but only because she finally recognized that all the seemingly crazy things her Son was doing was because He was God. You see for a while she was trying to stop the work of God by stopping the ministry of Jesus Christ. She, like so many of us do, got so caught up in the things of the world that the things of God just didn't make sense. In fact it was because of this that the things of God, the one's Jesus was doing, appeared to be the exactly opposite of God, and that's why they thought He had gone fool crazy."

I would also like to mention that, to the best of my knowledge, Catholics do venerate Mary but do not worship her as you stated in the same "sermonet".

Finally, I assume that when you pray, you ask for Truth. That is, you probably say something like, "Lord, lay Your Truth on my heart even if no one else believes it, because I want to know Your Truth, not the so-called truth of the world". At least, from the little I've read of your "sermonets", I get that impression.

So, I have a very important favor to ask of you. Will you take just one very quiet moment and ask God for His Truth regardless of the outcome, and open yourself up completely to what He whispers on your heart? Will you ask him in all sincerity and humility about the truth of Mary once again?

Listen in the peace of your soul to His answer.

It will require removing "Catholicism" from your thoughts. That is, ask not about the Mary of Catholicism, but the Mary of the One True God in the absence of Catholicism. (After all, we've all fallen so short of the Complete and Whole Truth, no?).

Happy Truth-seeking !

Blessed be the Lord ! Thank you for your ministry in His name.

Dear JAD,

Praise the Lord for your correspondence. I'm sorry for the delay in responding but I've been truly seeking the Lord for this reply. He alone is worthy!

Now even though I'll be giving you Scripture, just as you requested, it will not convince you that Mary was subject to fleshly desires and therefore caught-up in the world around her concerning all the crazy things Jesus was doing. In other words only His Holy Spirit can do that for you: "But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you." (John 14:26)

So, as you have asked me to do, concerning being led by His Spirit, I ask you to do the same with the following Scripture: "And he [Jesus] went out from thence, and came into his own country; and his disciples follow him. And when the sabbath day was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished, saying, From whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands? Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him. But Jesus said unto them, A Prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house." (Mark 6:1-4)

Now the word "offended" was translated from the Greek word "skandalizo" which pretty much looks like what it means; "to be scandalized". In other words it was because of the very critical words from the most religious "fat cats" that even Jesus' very own family became subject to their criticism (they were scandalized).

I understand what Jesus was saying about the true prophets of God because I've lived it. In the midst of my most recent suffering the Lord informed me of my prophetic calling and likewise confirmed it by saying that my credentials proved it. In other words my faith has been tested to the point that everyone turned against me, which included family, friends, and everybody who even knows me. (Some of the facts concerning my persecutions by family members will be published shortly on our FMHCCI Web Page under the heading of "New Beginnings").

So of course seeing how Jesus was The Prophet of all prophets, He most certainly had the credentials to prove it too! In fact that's the very good reason He drilled the point in the following Scripture: "Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. And a man's foes shall be they of his own household. He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it." (Matthew 10:34-39)

Another Scripture that shows Mary's fleshly nature (and therefore natural ability to negatively influence Jesus) is found in Luke 2:48-50: "And when they saw him, they were amazed: and his mother said unto him, Son, why hast thou thus dealt with us? behold, thy father and I have sought thee sorrowing. And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about my Father's business? And they understood not the saying which he spake unto them."

And going in reverse, here's one final Scripture that shows how Jesus' family and friends considered him to be "fool crazy": "And when his friends heard of it, they went out to lay hold on him: for they said, He is beside himself...There came then his brethren and his mother, and, standing without, sent unto him, calling him. And the multitude sat about him, and they said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren without seek for thee. And he answered them, saying, Who is my mother, or my brethren? And he looked round about on them which sat about him, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren! For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother." (Mark 3:21-35)

I have given you The Truth concerning the Word of God, I just pray that the Holy Spirit will lead you into this same Truth. Mary, like all the rest, was unknowingly used of Satan to try and turn Jesus away from His Heavenly calling.

The Lord has also requested that I invite you to tune-in to a Holy Spirit-filled radio station at http://www.jimmyswaggart.com/explore.cfm/sonliferadio/

In the Lord Jesus Christ,
