The following letter-form was brought about as a means of teaching my children the Word of God through the mail. And of course, quite naturally so, thatís the reason I begin these letters with "Dear Children" and end them with "Love Dad". So for the rest of you who participate in these weekly messages, please keep their original intended purpose in mind.

17 May, 1998

Dear Children,

Guess what weíre going to study about this week. Would you even want to venture a guess of Vampires In The Church Part VI? Now I realize this has been a very long series, but I think weíre finally getting the message across to a few people, and since weíre starting to make a little headway why in the world would we even want to stop? Well the truth of the matter is that we havenít covered all the bases yet, but if you will just hold on to your horses maybe we will finish up this week.

Now I know there a lot of folks who think Iím speaking out on something that I shouldnít be speaking out on (Catholicism), but my Heavenly Father showed it to me in a big way this past week that Heís 100% on my side. And just how, you might ask, did He do that? Well it was Wednesday night, after I had said my prayers and was about to read a few short Scriptures before turning in, that I felt Him telling me to read out of the book of Psalms. And being perfectly honest with you I really donít get into the book of Psalms. I mean I know thereís so much good information in it but for some reason my brain seems to lock up on much of whatís being said.

But since my Father asked me specifically to read from this great book in the Bible, I figured there must be a very good reason why. And seeing how there is 150 chapters in the book of Psalms I didnít exactly know what chapter and verse He had in mind. I didnít have a clue... but I knew where to get the answer... so I asked Him. And without one moment of hesitation I got my answer. He told me that He wanted me to read from the book of Psalms chapter 16... And so I did... And guess what I found!

Now as you read through Psalms 16, itís very important to read it as if Jesus was doing the talking to His Heavenly Father. So here we go. Picking it up with verse 1, "Preserve me, O God: for in thee do I put my trust. O my soul, thou hast said unto the Lord, Thou art my LORD: my goodness extendeth not to thee; But to the saints that are in the earth, and to the excellent, in whom is all my delight. Their sorrows shall be multiplied that hasten after another god: their drink offerings of blood will I not offer, nor take up their names into my lips. The Lord is the portion of mine inheritance and of my cup: thou maintainest my lot. The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage. I will bless the LORD, who hath given me counsel: my reins also instruct me in the night seasons. I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope. For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of Joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore."

Now keep it in mind that I didnít find this particular Scripture by just flipping through the Bible. God gave me this Scripture and He even opened it up for me so that I could understand it. And boy what a powerful Scripture it is! You see this chapter of Psalms tells why Jesus was Jesus; He was God, but yet He was in a human body. And the reason why He was in a human body was so that He could "do good" to the saints on earth. And of course the saints of God on earth are those people (anybody and everybody) who trust in God as their Heavenly Father. So the reason why Jesus was going to be good to them was because He was going to die for them.

And the very reason why Jesus was going to die for them can be found in I Peter 1:18-21:"Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God."

And that was the reason why it was only through the death of God the Son (the Son of God) that the saints of God could be spared everlasting death in Hell. You see the good news was that Jesus was going to pay the price (and He did). But along with all this good news, the Scripture goes right on along to tell us about the bad: "But to the saints that are in the earth, and to the excellent, in whom is all my delight. Their sorrows shall be multiplied that hasten after another god: their drink offerings of blood will I not offer, nor take up their names into my lips." That is the bad news, and likewise itís this bad news that I feel He has intended for me to use in this message for today.

You see itís the responsibility of the Great High Priest (Jesus) to take our offerings and present them to God the Father. And as the Scripture pointed out, itís these drink offerings of blood that Jesus (the Great High Priest) will not offer to God the Father. And furthermore, not only will He not accept the drinking of blood as a form of worship but He wonít even "take up their names (the people doing it) into my (His) lips." So what does that all that mean?

Well if youíll turn with me to Revelation 3:5, I think the meaning behind what Jesus is saying will become very evident; and it will even happen pretty quickly. Because reading the words of Jesus we find, "He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels." So you see for those who are able to overcome the very strong temptation to follow Satan, and follow the plan of God (as written in the Word of God), they will have the honor of hearing Jesus tell His Father that they are worthy to "come on into Heaven".

And this all goes back to the fact that if we are truly saved (saints), but out of the will of God (drinking the blood), we wonít be on the lips of Jesus the Great High Priest. And if we ainít on the lips of Jesus the Great High Priest then He wonít tell the Father we are worthy. And if He doesnít tell the Father we are worthy, our name will be blotted out of the book of life. And if our name gets erased from the book of life there ainít a snowballís chance in Hell that we will make it into Heaven. Got it?

And this is exactly what Iíve been warning the Catholics about for at least five sermonets now. So if you have been following along with the readings, and really absorbing what the Word of God has had to say, then there should be no confusion or misunderstanding on the following two very important points. Point #1: God doesnít want anybody drinking blood; goat blood, pig blood, cow blood, much less what is thought to be the blood of Jesus. Thatís what He said and thatís what I believe. But in addition to that, because of what God gave me in Psalms 16:4 this week, Iím encouraged even more strongly to say what Iím about to say. When the Catholics follow through with their ongoing practice of the Eucharist they are in effect worshipping a false god.

Pretty strong words? Well the way I see it is when the Catholics drink what they think is the blood of Jesus in order to obtain salvation for their souls they are in reality only trusting in the blood of Jesus for their salvation (the drinking of it). In other words itís Jesusí blood that has become one more of their false gods. Now there ainít no doubting the importance of Jesusí blood because it was a very significant part of our salvation. But even though it was absolutely necessary for Jesus to have blood flowing through His body, it was only necessary that He have it so that He could give it up (shed it). Because the fact of the matter is that our sins can only be forgiven at the altar of God through the sprinkling of the blood. And itís only through the sprinkling of the perfect blood that our sins can be forgiven (atoned). And the only perfect blood that could take care of our dirty rotten sins was the blood of Jesus.

You see because of our sins we deserve to die forever in Hell; thatís Godís law and thatís the punishment required for sin. However there was one other way out of this terrible mess called sin (one and only one mind you). And reading from Romans 5:6-11, we can see what this alternate method was: "For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love towards us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement."

Now itís this very last word in the above Scripture (atonement) thatís the key to it all. And for those of us who might not understand what this very important word means, letís try and make it a little more simple. Atonement means to make something thatís wrong into something thatís right. And when it comes to sin we are the something that is wrong but Jesus is what makes us right. And this whole matter of atonement goes back to the message several weeks ago when we read in Leviticus 17:10-14, "And whatsoever man there be... that eateth any manner of blood; I will even set my face against that soul that eateth blood, and will cut him off from among his people. For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul. Therefore I said... No soul of you shall eat blood... For it is the life of all flesh; the blood of it is for the life thereof... Ye shall eat the blood of no manner of flesh: for the life of all flesh is the blood thereof: whosoever eateth it shall be cut off."

OK, so point #1 was donít drink blood. God has designed blood for a very special purpose and it most definitely wasnít made for drinking. And moving right along into the previously covered point #2 of this series, if you do drink blood thereís no way you can be drinking the blood of Jesus because Jesus doesnít have any blood in His body anymore. So putting both points #1 and #2 together in combination with Psalms 16:4, I think we can safely say that if you are a Catholic, and after having been shown the truth you continue to drink the blood of Jesus for your salvation, then you are a fool on two counts. First of all, you are a fool for drinking blood and second of all you are a fool for thinking itís the blood of Jesus. And in the true sense of the word, according to what God has given us in Psalms 16, the word fool means someone who is on their way to Hell. Now the truth has been spoken and I donít believe it can be spoken any clearer than that.

But thatís only what the Word of God has to say about points #1 and #2. And of course it just so happens that now we can go right on into what I had planned for this weekís message; point #3. And starting off with Hebrews 9:16-28, "For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator. For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth. Whereupon neither the first testament was dedicated without blood. For when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water, and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people, Saying, This is the blood of the testament which God hath enjoined unto you. Moreover he sprinkled with the blood both the tabernacle, and all the vessels of the ministry. And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission."

OK. So what we have just read happened before Jesus gave His life on the cross. You see in the beginning, when sin first came into the world, animal blood (calves, goats, and etc.) was used to temporarily cover over (white wash) our sins until Jesusí blood could take away our sins. And since the animal blood only white washed sins (non permanent cover over) it had to be done over and over and over again. Poor little animals. So everything that came in contact with the filth and rot of human sin (the book, the tabernacle, the vessels, and all the people) had to be sprinkled over and over and over again with the blood of these sacrifices.

But as you will see, things changed a whole bunch when Jesus came on the scene. Because as we continue on with the reading we find that, "It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these. For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us: Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others; For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation."

Now what we have just read is my third and last point in this series of Vampires In The Church. And the point that Iím about to make is that although the animal sacrifices had to be done day in and day out, year in and year out, this sacrifice of Jesus was just a little bit different. Because as the Scripture has already said, "Nor yet that he should offer himself often... but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself."

So did you catch the importance of what was just said? Do you see how this Scripture just doesnít fit with what the Catholics call "The Most Sacred Mystery of the Eucharist". But just to refresh your memory letís read it once again from the Handbook For Todayís Catholic on what they believe: "In every Mass, his death becomes a present reality, offered as our sacrifice to God in an unbloody and sacramental manner. As often as the sacrifice of the cross is celebrated on an altar, the work of our redemption is carried on..."

Now did you catch it? You see the Catholics believe as often as Jesusí sacrifice on the cross is carried out the forgiveness of sins is carried on. And since I can see some of you are having a hard time grabbing this whole concept of "once and only once" as opposed to "as often as" letís go on and read a little more from the Word of God. So reading once again from the book of Hebrews, but this time from chapter 10 verses 1-14, "For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect. For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins. But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year. For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins."

So it should be clear by now that the blood of the animals did not do the trick. Animal blood did not take away the sin problem but instead only covered it up... and the people knew it. But as we continue on with the reading Jesus comes on the scene: "Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me: In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure. Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God. Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law; Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second. By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins: But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool. For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified."

And if that ainít enough proof then why not go on and read from Hebrews 7:20-28: "And inasmuch as not without an oath he was made priest: (For those priests were made without an oath; but this with an oath by him that said unto him, The Lord sware and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec:) By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament. And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death: But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood. Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them. For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens; Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the peopleís: for this he did once, when he offered up himself. For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore."

So how in the world could anybody believe otherwise? The Scriptures are very specific and to the point; itís done and itís finished. Jesus has taken away our problem but Satan just doesnít want to believe it. Jesus has already without a doubt paid the price in full. There is absolutely nothing else left to be done except for us to accept it. And to continue on with the practice of taking Jesus to the cross over and over again just flat out ainít of God but of Satan. So therefore the celebration of the Catholic Mass is not something thatís pleasing in the eyes of God but exactly the opposite.

You see what Jesus did in order to save the human race was anything but pleasant. This process that Jesus went through in order to shed His blood was not only the most gruesome thing that has ever happened on the face of this earth but the most gruesome thing that will ever happen. Jesus (God in the Flesh) was mutilated beyond recognition, and then nailed to the cross, so that His lifeís blood could flow out onto the ground. This was how it happened! And as the prophet Isaiah told it in his book, reading from Isaiah 52:13-15, "Behold, my servant shall deal prudently, he shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high. As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men: So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at him: for that which had not been told them shall they see; and that which they had not heard shall they consider."

You see the crucifixion was not only predicted many times throughout the Bible but Jesus spent His entire life preparing for it. And on that fateful night so many years ago, as it was all finally drawing to a close, Jesus prepared His disciples for the shocking events that would follow the very next day. Reading the event from Matthew 26:26-29, "And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body. And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it; For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission if sins. But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it anew with you in my Fatherís kingdom."

Jesus was going away and He knew without a doubt that His disciples were going to miss Him something terrible. So it was during this last supper that He gave them something they could hang on to until that time when they would be with Him again. Although He was soon to be leaving, this last meal (the wine and the bread) would be a constant reminder to His disciples of not only the fellowship they had but also the reason it had to temporarily come to an end. Jesus offered Himself (His flesh and blood) as The Sacrifice for the sin of the world.

So that was what the Last Supper was all about, and then He did what He had come to do. Because as we read in John 19: 33-37, "But when they came to Jesus, and saw that he was dead already, they brake not his legs: But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water. And he that saw it bare record, and his record is true: and he knoweth that he saith true, that ye might believe. For these things were done, that the scripture should be fulfilled, A bone of him shall not be broken. And again another scripture saith, They shall look on him whom they pierced."

So that just about wraps it up. Now you can safely say that we are through with Vampires In The Church except for a very short closing comment. And the closing comment is: We have been through a lot of material for quite a few weeks in hopes of helping a few individuals see the truth. And the truth that we have tried our best to bring forth out of the Word of God is that the celebration of the Catholic Mass and the Eucharist is a very dangerous ceremony indeed. What might appear to some as something very holy is in reality something very demonic. Jesus has already given His life on the cross and our salvation is now complete. Thatís all that was needed except for us to accept it. Nothing more needs to be added and it most certainly doesnít need to be done over again.

Jesus went through an unimaginable amount of shame and pain and He will never do it again... because He doesnít have to... because itís not needed. And thatís why itís so important that we donít play around with the facts on the crucifixion. Because reading from Hebrews 6:1-8, "Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of eternal judgment. And this will we do, if God permit. For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame. For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessings from God: But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned."

Thatís it, Iím finished! And in closing please remember the three very important points that we have covered:

#1) Godís Word says positively not to drink any blood whether it be animalís, humanís, or Jesus Christís (make believe).

#2) Jesusí flesh and blood body has now been replaced with His glorified (without blood) flesh and bone body.

#3) Jesusí death on the cross was completed the first time He did it. Nothing more is needed and likewise nothing more will He do.

So please beware of the consequences! The ceremony of the Catholic Eucharist is not holy, itís not of God, it contains many rituals of Satan, and from the looks of things it will not produce salvation but only damnation instead.
