Psalms 109:7 When he shall be judged, let him be condemned: and let his prayer become sin.
Let his prayer become sin, as the clamours of a condemned malefactor not only find no acceptance, but are looked upon as an affront to the court. The prayers of the wicked now become sin, because soured with the leaven of hypocrisy and malice; and so they will in the great day, because then it will be too late to cry, Lord, Lord, open to us. It was a normal day at Viva Nissan and I clocked in and got to work. I was at my workstation in shipping and receiving working when Cruz passed by me, and the Lord said, “When Cruz comes back in from talking on the phone with his wife pray for him.” Cruz came back in and I said, “The Lord wants us to pray together if that’s okay.” Cruz said, “Sure,” so we held hands and began to pray and I said, “Lord, pour your spirit out here, let us feel your presence, ohh mighty God.” Right then you could feel the Holy Spirit strong with goose bumps and feel the peace that surpasses all understanding. Cruz said, “Lord I pray that you wrap your arms around our family and our lives” and said some other beautiful things I cannot remember.
After that prayer I felt like a new man and was ready to pray like crazy. I got back to work and then the Lord told me to pray for Gabreal and I did and the same thing happened I could feel the presence of God strong, more than usual. So I got back to work and went upstairs to pray and asked the Lord to fill me with His Spirit and then got back to work. I could feel the Holy Spirit with me super strong and I figured out that the Lord gave me strong praying power and presence power of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit lives in us and the Lord can give us anointed power any time He wants. I could see this is what was happening and I liked it. Everyone that I prayed for the presence of God was super strong and everyone felt that power including me.
This got very addictive for me because you see I had never had this kind of anointing power. Everyone I prayed for that day held hands together with me, and when you hold hands together in prayer it’s like you connect a circuit loop. It makes the prayer that much more powerful.
Then the Lord Jesus Christ had me pray for Gabe, the Parts Runner for Viva Nissan. I said, “Gabe, the Lord wants us to pray together if that’s okay,” and he said, “Okay.” We held hands and prayed and once again the presence of God was known and felt. Gabe said, “I could feel something in that prayer.” I said, “That’s the Holy Spirit and God loves you.” Gabe got back to work and left and I also got back to work.
Then later the Lord said, “Pray for Luis,” so I went to Luis and said, “The lord Wants us to pray together if that’s okay,” and Luis said, “Sure man sounds good.” I prayed for Luis and the Spirit of God was strong and the presence of God was known. Later Luis said, “Thanks for the prayer Chris I feel better.”
I thought to myself that God is using me to pray for everyone and the Holy Spirit flowing through me is more powerful than usual, God is given me a higher dose of the Holy Spirit today. It just blew my mind and just got back to work. All this heavenly power the Lord gave me was incredible and I started getting addicted to it. It is okay to be addicted to the Lord Jesus Christ because that’s what happens when he reveals himself to you in the relationship you have with him. The peace, love, grace, mercy, patience and all the beautiful things that come with the relationship are incomprehensible.
Psalms 34:8 O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.
However, God is love, God is love is half the gospel. Nobody wants to talk about the wrath of God. Guess what? That’s the other half of the Gospel that all the churches and pastors leave out because they don’t want to offend anyone and drive people out of their church. We need some hellfire and brimstone-preaching pastors and they are few and far between. Most all churches preach the prosperity gospel, what can God do for me, stake it and claim it and God is a genie in a bottle. Nobody wants to hear about hell any more. People say those days are dead, Guess what? Hell is still a real place and has not left. Hell is still underneath our feet and if you don’t have Christ when you die, you will be in hell burning forever! You might think that I am trying to scare you and you are right, you should be scared to death about hell so you can follow the Lord Jesus Christ with absolute fear and trembling.
Revelation 14:10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
Psalms 9:17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.
Matthew 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
Luke 12:5 But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.
Revelation 1:18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.
There you go, those are just a few scriptures that should tell you that God Almighty means business and the rapture is right around the corner. Please repent and turn to God, Hell is in the center of the earth and the earth’s inner core has a temperature of over 12,000 degrees Fahrenheit. Back to the story, It was the end of my work shift and was cleaning out the bosses truck and washing it. The Lord had me pray for an ex-employee that used to work at Viva Nissan. I said, “The Lord would like us to pray together if that’s okay and he said, “Alright,” so we held hands and I led in prayer and you could feel the Holy Spirit immensely and when I was done praying for him and me he said, “That was nice man I could feel that.” I said, “That’s the Holy Spirit coming off of me and going on to you.”
After that I gave Cruz his keys back and I clocked out and left work and went directly to the Little Ceasar’s Pizza near Hondo Pass and I went to the drive-through and ordered my pizza and when the lady gave me the pizza the Lord said, “Pray for her,” and I said, “The Lord Jesus Christ would like us to pray together if that’s okay.” She said, “Okay,” so we held hands and I led us prayer right there in the drive-through. Praying holding hands right in the middle of the drive-through, it was beautiful. We got covered in goose bumps and the presence of God was incredible once again. I told her bye and that Jesus loves you, I drove off and then thought about how powerful my prayers have been for the day and then the Lord said, “Be careful with that!”
I kind of understood what the Lord meant by that but just went home prayed and got something to eat and went to bed. Then the next day at work the lord had me praying for people and the power was gone. I could barely feel any power at all. So then I thought in my head, “I am not going to pray for anyone unless I feel the power I had yesterday. “Where’s the power,” I said to myself, I got a bad attitude and did not want to pray for anyone, I wanted that great and mighty power I had yesterday. I still continued to do the will of the Father but I was complaining because I did not have the power like I did before. I said, “Lord, I don’t want to pray for anyone unless I get the power back.” I said, “If I don’t feel the Holy Spirit with goose bumps and glamour I am not doing anything. The Lord said, “You will do whatever I tell you to do without the power!” I said, “Yes sir Lord, I am sorry, I have been wrong and I should have gone after you and not the power.
Matthew 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
It was becoming a feel good thing and the prayers became fleshly because I wanted to please everyone by having goose bump prayers. Let the people see that Chris can pray the best and I get all the glory. I did not want to pray for anyone unless they felt the goose bumps and the power and presence of God. I get glorification through people commending me on how good prayer was instead of glorifying the Lord Jesus Christ. Forgive me Lord I have taken prayer for my honor and glory instead of yours. I repented and understood that it is all about Christ and not about me. It is so easy to take something so beautiful as prayer and trash it up for your honor and your glory. That’s what Satan does and we all have to be very careful.
Leviticus 26:19 And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass:
